We were incredibly flattered to receive a nomination for the award of Aesthetics clinic of the Year Canada 2021. This prestigious award, gathers judges from the business world to look at the nominations from across Canada.
The judges consider whether the business or individual are providing the best service / product in their particular industry. This includes primarily Service Excellence, Ethical Practice, Employee Satisfaction, Industry Recognition and Marketing & Branding.
With regard to service excellence, the judges look at this as the most important aspect of the any local business. The key components that the judges used were, Personalized Tailored Service, Customer Service, Advice & Support and Accessibility and Responsiveness.
We are incredibly proud to have won the award for Aesthetics Clinic of the Year Canada 2021, and to be featured in the magazine publication alongside prestigious local names such as the Four Seasons Resort & Spa and the Scandinavian Spa demonstrates how far Whistler Medical Aesthetics® has come in the last three years.

Patients learn about our treatments in our innovative consultation lounge and photographic studio. We know that the most valuable thing a patient can give us is TIME, so we must, as business reciprocate with our valued time. Patients need time to ask questions, explore and reveal what they need. This is not a time for pressured sales techniques, or pushing patients towards a treatment protocol that might not suit. Time is everything.
