Aquagold Fine Touch is a microinfusion system that delivers a customized cocktail of actives (micro-Botox, hyaluronic acid, vitamins, PRP, or exosomes) directly into the superficial dermis using 20 channels thinner than a strand of hair. Microinfusion technology
Aquagold uses a vial-mounted array of 20 ultra-fine gold-plated needles (each 0.6mm in length and finer than a human hair) to stamp a customized serum into the papillary dermis across the treatment area simultaneously. The delivery is far more controlled than traditional injection, and because the channels are so fine, there is no bleeding and essentially no recovery.
The formulation in the Aquagold vial is mixed specifically for each patient at WMA. The standard protocol typically includes micro-Botox (a diluted neuromodulator that reduces pore size, sebum production, and the superficial muscle contractions that create fine surface texture), hyaluronic acid for immediate hydration and plumping, and additional actives based on skin assessment: vitamins, PRP, or exosomes.
The micro-Botox component is the differentiator. When delivered at this depth and concentration, it does not freeze muscle. It smooths the most superficial skin surface, reducing visible pores and the orange-peel texture that can develop on the nose and cheeks.

The treatment:
After cleansing and 30 minutes of topical numbing, the Aquagold device is stamped systematically across the face and neck. A full treatment area takes approximately 20 minutes. The sensation is mild pressure; with numbing, it is essentially painless. Immediate redness typically fades within two to four hours.
The first visible effect is a healthy flush and subtle plumpness that appears the same day. Pore refinement and texture improvement develops progressively over seven to ten days. Most patients time their appointments to peak effect around day five to seven before a significant event.
